If you see the message "Locked" on your display on your system keybox, someone has activated the "External alarm" and the keybox is waiting for a signal from an external unit in order to allow you to enter your pin. If you do not use any external units, you need to trick the cabinet by creating that kind of signal.
- Use one of the connectors already in the cabinet, make sure to note the connectors original position, and move the connector to the position on top. That position is the external alarm connector.
- After you bridged a contact and you once again can enter the cabinet then log in with your operator master code, (factory reset 301042)
- Then enter the system menu, and chose menu Alarm and deactivate (menu 6.6 if you go by menu number)
- Then move the connector back to its original place
- pull the power cable to force a reboot
- all done.
