It has happened that you need to do a factory reset and have removed the cabinet or changed a simcom in a Keybox SC - when you want to replace the cabinet in Keywin 5 you are not able to.
The synch engine log found in C:\ProgramData\Creone AB\KeyWin 5 Server complains about this error: Cabinet didn't have the correct identifier: 9208ea59018a03dd56a5bec8da1102ba. We need to adjust it automatically!
What has happened most likely is that a copy of the keybox has been created in the database with the same identifier- and this is conflicting causing the error.
The next action is to help the database and remove the database manually, firstly by your own database admin or by Creone, but this means Creone needs access to your database and some tools for remote access and database tools etc.
