Problem: After you logged in to the keybox none of the Key positions light up, not even for a second. If they do light up but then goes out, you have another problem see this article: Key positions light up but goes out in a few seconds
The problem is that the circuit for the Can cables from the PCB to the strips and back have been interrupted somewhere.
The first action is to make sure all cables are firmly connected in the PCB and in all connectors in the strips.
The second action is to make sure you have a correct circuit setup:
The first connector on the PCB should go to the last list in the circuit and to the right connector on the list.
The second connector on the PCB should go to the first list in the circuit and to the left connector on the list.
If everything is setup correctly you need to start troubleshooting the cables and lists, and we recommend that you create a circuit to only the first list, do a reboot, if everything works then, you add list number two, do a reboot, if everything works then you add list 3 until you find that position where the circuit no longer works and change cable or list until you have a fully functional system.
