For various different reasons, you might need to open a keybox or valuebox via an emergency opening. your cabinet might be out of power, you lost an RFID card or lost your pin code etc.
The emergency opening is always through the service door, the below is for our 9400 and 9500 models.
1. Open the service door with the key.
2. pull the tap to open the door.
