If you log in to your Keywin 6 keybox and you are immediately shown your keys in the display and no instruction to "open door", your Keybox is set as a Keyrack (Keyrack does not have any door).
If this is the first time you started your keybox and happened to leave the door open, the keybox will think it is a keyrack, and there is also the possibility someone made a change to the settings.
In order to change cabinet type:
- Log in using your service pin (default 1234#)
- Navigate with the arrow keys to the option "Set cabinet type"
- Set it to Keybox
- press ** to log out
- log in normally and now you should be shown the "open door" instruction when appropriate.
