After you installed your Keywin 5 client, the client will ask what server you want to connect to. If you did run a SQL express installation it is fine just to enter the Server IP and instance name as in the example below.
If you did a full server installation creating your own SQL sa admin, or if you have 2 SQL express installed you need to specify your server name instead of the IP and hostname.
