Error message ”Wrong PIN Code”

There are several possible options why a pin code does not work. 

 

  • The user actually enters the wrong pin code
  • As a user, you have not been given any access to any key. i.e. you have been given a pin code and access to the cabinet but until you actually have access to a key you will not be cleared and your pin is not considered valid.  
  • Your user might only have access to keys via a group, and the group has limited access to the keybox. 
  • You have just created a new code and the synchronization between the cabinet and the server has not worked. Make sure your network is connected to the cabinet, and that your synchronization service is working.
