If you are running Keywin 6 on your own offline environment and see the "server error in '/' Application" error, followed by "Login failed for user Kewywin it means the password for the standard user "Keywin" in the sql database has expired.
You or someone with server access need to login to the database using SQL Server management studio or similar tool to access the server and go into security and change the password for the Keywin user. please see the below video snippet for further instructions. You can also choose to de-activate the "Enforce password expiration" option.
Please notice if you change the password for the user Keywin and not re-using the standard password you also need to change the password in the Keywinn 6 sync engine.
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Creone AB\KeyWin6 Synchronizer Service
Pull the KeyWin6.Application.Synchronizer.exe to the desktop, open it in notepad, and type in the same password that you gave the user in the Database. Then drag the file back to its original folder. all set and done, you can now open Keywin 6 in the portal.
