For various different reasons, you might need to open a keybox or valuebox via an emergency opening. your cabinet might be out of power, you lost an RFID card or lost your pin code etc.
The emergency opening is always through the service door, the below is for our Basic Keybox and Valuebox.
1. Open the service door with the key.
2. Follow the blue wire, reach in behind the steel plate, find the lock pin spring and pull until the compartment opens. See below.
