Change network settings in Keybox SC

If you changed IP address or factory reset the cabinet you need to set/check the network settings. 

 

1. Log in to the cabinet using your service pin

2. Make sure the DHCP is set to OFF if using a static IP address

3. Make sure your IP address matches the IP set in Keywin 5/Keywin 6

4. Make sure the cabinets gateway settings are set correctly 

5. Make sure the cabinet netmask is set correctly

6. After you made your settings or changed a setting you need to perform a reboot to make sure the settings are saved.   

7. Once the reboot is completed, you should have contact with Keywin again.
