Reboot of a Keybox SC is performed by using the cabinets configuration menu or by rendering the cabinet out if power.
Using the configuration menu:
- Log into the cabinet using your service pin (1234# as default, unless you changed it)
- Navigate to the option "reboot"
- Press # twice to start the reboot, this takes about a minute, once you can log in normally the reboot is completed.
By pulling the power:
It's usually not enough to unplug the cabinet from the socket as many of our keybox SC is delivered with a battery backup, so you need to unplug the battery backup cable.
- Open the service hatch with the key
- Pull the battery cable, wait 5 seconds
- Put the cable back, once you can log in normally the reboot is completed.
