  • Data is stored at the Microsoft data center in Amsterdam, Netherlands. 
  • A service level agreement is set up with SAAB Combitech with a response time, of 1-8 working hours
  • Disaster recovery time, 1 working hour
  • Backup of the SQL databases continuously for 7 days, Point in time restore. 
  • LTR (Long time retention) backup is run every week, month, and year. 

Security

  • Multi-tenant architecture with separated SQL databases for each customer
  • Data in storage is encrypted according to AES256
  • Azure Defender firewall - Is used on more than one of the resources, for example, App services SQL Databases, Resource Manager, and Storage.
  • Azure security center - Regurarly scanning of the resources that are in use, specifically focusing on security to maintain good results from a security and high-quality standard.  
  • Azure Monitoring & Alerts - quick feedback if any risk is identified
  • Keywin.app is encrypted with SSL Certificat, DigiCert Secure Site Pro SAN
  • Keywin WEB front end is tested against OWASP top 10
  • Keywin WEB API is tested against OWASP top 10
